a rank newbie and maybe even a troll. Racism and racists are NOT tolerated on THR, and Oleg runs a pretty tight ship in that regard. In context, he seems to be talking about the drug runners, anyway.

The article itself is from the British Daily Telegraph, and discusses cowboys and ranchers arming themselves for protection against violent drug smugglers operating in southern Arizona: Daily Telegraph story.

THR has 22,000 plus members from all political persuasions, ethnic backgrounds, nationalities, and sexual orientation (yes, there is a sizeable GLBT presence there too). Are there neocons there? Sure, in spades. There are also liberal Democrats, in spades. Also libertarians and independents. It's a pretty diverse group.
