The US psych/Ops know who they have to reach when they use these names. Imagine the 33% of US population who are Bushites and how they need to identify with strenght because they have little of their own. The name Iron fist makes then feel strong. "yeah we identified with the tough guys, the kick ass guys, that Bush takes no prisoners, he is so strong!". Hitler and the Reich used the same names because they were targetting the same type of people in the German population, the ignorant and the weak incapable of critical thinking. Those people are largely unable to make the connection between Hitler and Bush, 'Bush isn's gassing jews is he so how can you say he's like Hitler? In controlling populations the Bush family is not worried about the possible connections between them and the Reich because they could kill kittens and 33% of the US population would think they were saving us from killer cats....
