Operation "Iron Fist" on Syrian Border. Same thing Hitler called it
IN the 20's the Nazis used their "Iron fist" to thump out political opposition. Ernst Roehm and his Brownshirts murdered thousands.

OPeration Iron Fist is the name of the US campaign on the Syrian border.

Coincidence?

2. We are not thumping out political opposition, we are ridding the
world of terrorists, whether they be civilian, under 16 or totally not yet terrorists.

5. Just as long as we win.... and win big. Matters not... note the stance
on torture.... when you have become your enemy it is time to quit fighting and maybe revert back to chatting about your differences.

16. Thanks.
The quote seems to come in handy these days when discussing the military tactics of the Repiglican Party.

Not a helluva lot of difference between a slaughtered Cheyenne baby at Sand Creek and a Muslim baby blown into gritty mincemeat in Fallujah, is there?

20. No -- but I have got to hope that we don't have any
Chivington's in the ME. It's bad enough that we slaughter -- please let it be that we are NOT enjoying it.

22. If you recall,
back before the Iraq War, in the interbella, Madeline Albright was told about the half-a-million Iraqi children who had died as a result of the sanctions. Of her own volition, she remarked "All in all, I think it was worth it."

Does mortal indifference qualify as enjoyment?

28. oh, gah. I had forgotten about that.
Yes, moral indifference qualifies. And having said that, I need to retract my "hope there are no Chivingtons" remark -- since there are clearly more than we can count.

<insert really foul language here>

8. I believe they actually *know* some history
it's Irony where they're all lost balls in the tall grass.

Gotta remember, "Operation Iraqi Freedom" started out as "Operation Iraqi Liberation" until they figured out the acronym.

17. "Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Fuhrer, ein Volk"

One People, one Empire, one Leader, one People

One Hope, One people, One country, One leader.
One Hope, One people, One country, One destiny.

Stand up be brave my people we're here to stay, for a thousand years.
An oath you've spoken, can never be broken, you'll pay, in blood and tears
Never tire, never doubt, never falter, never slacken, Just believe in me.
Stand up, shout loud, stand proud, in what we will we will achieve.

One Hope, One people, One country, One leader will set you free
One Hope, One people, One country, One destiny for a thousand years

Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk.

It's not enough just to say you love your country, its not enough.
It's not enough to get down on your knees and pray, it's just not enough.

The price is high, the price you have to pay is your freedom, surrender yourselves.
Mothers send me your blue-eyed blonde-haired boys and let me see them, blue-eyed blonde-haired boys.

One Hope, One people, One country, One leader will set you free.
One Hope, One people, One country, One destiny for a thousand years.

Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk,
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Furher, Ein Volk.

One Hope, One people, One country, One leader will set you free

12. No coincidence
The US psych/Ops know who they have to reach when they use these names. Imagine the 33% of US population who are Bushites and how they need to identify with strenght because they have little of their own. The name Iron fist makes then feel strong. "yeah we identified with the tough guys, the kick ass guys, that Bush takes no prisoners, he is so strong!". Hitler and the Reich used the same names because they were targetting the same type of people in the German population, the ignorant and the weak incapable of critical thinking. Those people are largely unable to make the connection between Hitler and Bush, 'Bush isn's gassing jews is he so how can you say he's like Hitler? You damn liberals should be strung up' Thats real, was told it by a right wing college kid in on a message board before the election.

In controlling populations the Bush family is not worried about the possible connections between them and the Reich because they could kill kittens and 33% of the US population would think they were saving us from killer cats....

15. "Iron Fist" was apparently the operation
launched in early Oct. '05.

(This was a bit of trivia I didn't know until I tried to understand why there was a conflict between the information in your post--which was right, "Steel Curtain" is the current op--and the OP's.)

21. I have to admit that
"Homeland Security" has a nice fascist ring to it too.......and yes, Hitler used that too.

I don't think that the overlooked ties between the Bush family and the Reich are coincidence.

Another factoid is that the US exported the junk science of eugenics to Germany, not the other way around, and Prescott Bush was a great believer.
