Norway to help with victim ID
The US has asked Norway for forensic assistance in identifying victims of Hurricane Katrina. Norway is known for its expertise in the area, and also had a team of workers in Thailand after the tsunami.

Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reported Friday morning that assistance efforts were being hampered by a seeming inability on the part of the Americans to accept aid offered. There's been an outpouring of international assistance to the US, but authorities in the US haven't seemed able to handle it, NRK reported.
