FEMA just learned?
"Michael Brown, director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, said FEMA just learned about the situation at the convention center Thursday and quickly scrambled to provide food, water and medical care and remove the corpses." WTF Thursday? Where in the hell has this guy been all week, on vacation?

5. I forgot to mention
that was from a Reuters story, "Depot Explodes Over Lawless New Orleans", http://apnews1.iwon.com//article/20050902/D8CC55E81.html I think you have to be a member there but I'm sure this can be found on other sites.
