I just read some snippet from Faux News and a recent interview O'Slimey had with that horrible, nasty Malkin woman. So then I read her recent entry on her website about Cindy Sheehan
http://michellemalkin.com/archives/003204.htm. It really aggravated me, so I wrote her a note. I know...it's probably a waste of time, but I needed to vent. She has been a thorn in my side from the very first time I heard her speak. I guess her messing with the pure and selfless intentions of Cindy Sheehan was the straw that broke the camel's back. Such a venomous little person. Malkin must be a very unhappy person to be so cruel.
Dear Ms. Malkin,
You should be ashamed of yourself. I feel you are abusing your position as a journalist publishing the falsehoods that you do. I believe you have a responsibility to your readership to publish the truth based on solid research and facts, not innuendos and baseless opinions. You have a right to your opinion, but make it plain that what you write is your opinion, and try to get your facts straight.
I do not believe Cindy Sheehan has any ulterior motives other than the ones she has repeatedly stated. I base my opinion on the many times I have heard her speak and the many things she has written. It is not her fault that so many, both known and unknown agree with her.
As far as what her son would think or feel about his mother's actions, is not for you or I to guess. Who knows a son's heart better than a loving mother?
In response to this: "Cindy Sheehan has surrounded herself with a group of anti-American, anti-military, terrorist-sympathizing agitators, including Code Pink, the Crawford Peace House, and the crackpot crowd." Just because someone does not agree with your opinion and the agenda of the Administration does not make them unpatriotic, nor does it make them part of a "crackpot crowd". Thomas Jefferson wrote, "Dissent is the highest form of patriotism." To say that people who are so dedicated to peaceful resolutions to problems would sympathize with terrorists is a contradiction in terms at best. Did you even think about this statement before you wrote it?
I love this country. I love the people of this country and I love the wonderful variety of cultures, beliefs, and ideals that freedom breeds. It is wonderful that people are free to express their opinions. I respect your right to do so as well, but is it really necessary for you to do so in such a cruel and dishonest way?
Shame on you, Ms. Malkin. You must be a better person than that.
