Some women residents of my acquaintance "gee, why do you want to be a DOCTOR when you can be a STRIPPER?

(The actual life of a typical resident mostly precludes "stripping your way through it" since they are on call, work horrid hours, are under constant pressure, aren't 'looking their best' and have to develop on the spot decision making skills; Of course, there may be a few exceptions, and you can strip your way through medical school)
