Though I make no claims to not being an insensitive douche bag on occasion, I think sexist behavior ought to be intolerable on a progressive forum. At the very least, we can point it out where we see it and make an effort to educate those who come here. I have to say, I've learned a few things from DU in this regard. My Mother is a Catholic who might have been a great nun - except that she believed that women should be able to become priests. Perhaps that's where I learned my first lesson about sexism and male patriarchy.

Be aware...some anti-women talk may be from "plants" from the right side. Seems to me we didn't....
