2. A lot of folks have not kept up with the manipulative tactics of current

political operations. Combine that with the influence of Fox News and you have woefully uninformed voters of all ages who vote against their own interests. Seniors are not immune from these influences, but it does seem they would be more wary of the immediate threat they would face with R and R. Just look at any Tea Party gathering. The majority of them are older, white folks.

I think our best hope for a more progressive society will come when the current population of seniors are gone. Unfortunately, I probably will not see it. As a senior myself, I'll probably be gone, too.....
