I've spent too much time watching politicians who 'play the game', and learning to look for all of the things they so that win votes, learning how to spot the rhetoric that is used to win votes. I've let my own mind be trapped into thinking he needs to 'play the game' the way other successful politicians do. But that's backwards. He's surging BECAUSE he's just himself, because he's NOT playing the game.
