Question on assault weapons ban, and high capacity magzine bans? [View all]

Would this proposed ban of assault weapons force people who have already legally purchased assault weapons to give up/return their assault weapons?

And, if somebody had purchased a high capacity magazine legally, would the ban force people to give up their high capacity magazines?
