Why make issues about who "wants" what?

We don't know what they "want."

Clinton proposes feds looking at states that have legalized/decriminalized and go from there. (Guess what -- there is no realistic chance for any fed law beyond that right now. None at all.)

Bernie can propose legalizing it, but that doesn't make it any more likely to pass. In fact, it makes it LESS likely to pass, because it makes it less likely he could win a general election.
