registered one place and living in another county and voting absentee. In our state you must re-register to reflect the place where you reside, even if you own property in another county.

He just doesn't want to vote here because of some "grudges." But, as a republican, he thinks that the laws don't apply to him as others are forced to contort for voting rights.
