7. How ironic. In the state of headless drivers

who never shut off their turn signals. All you see are disembodied arms clutching the steering wheel because they're hunched down so far they can't see over the dashboard.

I've driven in most states in the union, and Florida is the one place where I've had the most near-collisions. Before requiring Canadians to get international driving permits, how about requiring FLORIDIANS to steer clear of buildings and swimming pools?
