(15,333 posts)113. The best comment on YouTube came from a teenager
Ok, so I'm 15.
That kid looks to be at least my age, if not older.
If he's so scared of a inanimate object, in his mom's room, in a drawer, yet he has the 'courage' to pick it up, steal it, take it on school property, and then give it to a teacher, then he's a nut job.
If he's that scared, he wouldn't be able to bare knowing he had a gun with him, not just sitting upstairs in a drawer.
So, let's review the crimes committed & fitting punishments for this video:
1st, he stole the firearm from his mother, which is a felony.
2nd, He carries a concealed, deadly, weapon without a permit, depending on what state you're in It can range from a misdemeanor to a felony.
Then, he brings it on School property, also a felony.
"IV. STOLEN FIREARM, AMMUNITION OR EXPLOSIVE:
18 USC §§842(h); 922(i), (j) & (u). Punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
A. May not receive, possess, conceal, store, pledge or accept as security for a loan, barter, sell or
ship or transport across a state line any stolen firearm, ammunition or explosive.
B. May not steal or unlawfully take or carry away a firearm from the person or premises of a
firearms licensee.
V. FIREARM IN A SCHOOL ZONE:
18 USC § 922(q)(2)(A). Punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment.
A. Except as authorized, may not possess or discharge a firearm in a school zone."
-Federal Firearm Laws
And, as mentioned earlier, not having a permit ranges in punishment.
Your video is promoting minors to commit felonies, which I believe that in itself is a felony.
So congratulations! You possibly just committed a felony!
