46. Didn't we have a poster who said he'd dissarm anyone he saw open carrying?

I seem to recall a laugh riot thread a year or so ago, that had a poster claiming that if he saw anyone open carrying he'd confront them, take away their gun and call the police while he held them.

It must have happened, my imagination isn't that creative or funny.

Could this be the same dumbass?
