President Obama, through a spokesman, said that the right under the Second Amendment is a Constitutional right.

Your use of an unintelligible and vulgar obscenity ("Guns in the hands of the public is nothing but a fuck store.", whatever that means) shows your obvious lack of understanding and your inability to intelligently discuss the issue.

The President of the United States, the members of the Democratic Party who wrote the party platform, and the members of the Supreme Court all recognize that firearm ownership is subject to reasonable regulation, but that it is still a right protected under the Constitution.

By taking an absolutist position, you have shown that you cannot understand that. You even indicated that it took you a while to understand the cartoon.
