I've lowered by blood pressure with L'arginine and magnesium aspartate. L'arginine dilates your blood vessels and lowers pressure. I take 2000 mil morning and night. There's lot of info on this online. I also take magnesium/potassium aspartate morning & evening. Read the High Blood Pressure Hoax by Sherry Rodgers on how to lower your blood pressure with diet and vitamins.

L'arginine has a second good side effect - it really ups your sex drive too!
