As you point out, the Cuban 5, in Miami to monitor in order to warn Cuba for defense of ongoing "exile" terrorism, present the absolute opposite of the anti-Cuban intention of the entire Gross mission. Not a shadow of similiarity in the two acts.

Letting the Cuban 5 return home now is the LEAST the U.S. should do in order to get their USAID saboteur back.
