and the wildly raw deal they got after the first Court of Appeals handed down their judgement the Miami trial was a complete travesty against them, unfair in the extreme,

As you point out, the Cuban 5, in Miami to monitor in order to warn Cuba for defense of ongoing "exile" terrorism, present the absolute opposite of the anti-Cuban intention of the entire Gross mission. Not a shadow of similiarity in the two acts.

Letting the Cuban 5 return home now is the LEAST the U.S. should do in order to get their USAID saboteur back.
