Here's what we do: First, we take it on the chin. [View all]

We admit that Bernie pulled a good one in Michigan, and that the polls were just plain wrong for reasons that will certainly be determined in the coming weeks and months.

Second, we remind ourselves that, although this hasn't happened since 1984, it could happen again because frankly, there's nothing about this election that isn't fucked up in a very scary way.

Third, we spend every moment between now and March 15 making calls, canvassing, doing whatever we can to get out the vote in March 15 states. This is so incredibly important. We cannot take any state for granted from here on out. I've been guilty myself of luring people into complacency, and I have to examine what I could be doing differently.

With brings me to, fourth and finally, we stay the HELL out of GDP. Nothing good can come of it, and I don't know about you guys, but I've got all the camaraderie I need right here (and in other such oases).

That's what we do. Are you with me?
