Another apple tv question(s) [View all]

Bought a new 13 Inch macbook and apple tv. The apple tv arrived today
When it asks for apple ID do they mean my name or my email? My email is my name no [email protected] ...... When I boot up the old MacBook I just see my name, space between first and last ....Then I type in the password. Apple TV says I entered wrong password. I did not. So perhaps I don't understand what my apple ID is ?

Assuming I get this right after the new mac arrives, does my iPhone iOS6 get everything on it streamed to the tv ....like a mountain lion Mac is supposed to do ?
