TX driver's license yet I could register with the last four digits of my social security number! I have my electric bill to prove my address. That's it!

I don't have the driver's license because TX mails the liceses out and it can take 6 weeks! I have to fly in the meantime and with my passpost out of date I need my current out of state license to get through airport security. I was SO worried I wouldn't be able to vote but alas...who knew and it's Texas!
