2. When is Julian going to run?

I've heard about the power and the potential of this guy for years. He's not going to be Ralph Yarborough by any means but is there any other shot the Dems have at retaking the Governorship? When is he going to run for governor? At this point, I'm worried Perry will be governor for life.
