companies like J.P. Stevens moved their union mills down there for the cheap labor. Low taxes, limited regulation and subsidies helped
Now they found cheap labor somewhere else,
It sucks, but if you're going to sell cheap labor and less regulation to get business, well, it's gonna come back and bite you in the ass.
