What's some of the best apocalypse books? [View all]

Realistic plot
detailed outcomes
I have Kim stanley Robinson's stuff

The Road does not count, since the apocalypse was not discussed, nor were many survival modes.

Falling Skies....does not count, it is now a tv show, so I can watch that
but I am in the mood to read.
