(32,083 posts)7. Yes, far too many still keep unaltered cats and dogs.
My area is full of them. I even know people who don't get rabies shots for their pets, even though it is state law that all dogs and cats get vaccinated.
Putting up signs with this poor bugger's picture is a good idea.

Get a collar and put it on the cat. Attach a waterproof note with your phone number on it
