Hit the "Continue as free user" bar when it pops up and it then goes right to the film. Putlocker does that to make sure you're a real person and not a computer program sucking up bandwidth.

I also liked a sort of similar dude-on-ledge film called The Ledge. If you think you might be interested you can watch that one here...
