Is what was done there legal here? The video picture was of Reid and Boehner with some verbiage. But when one opens the video, it is a person talking that is more remotely connected to the aforementioned face of the video than one might assume. Is that legal here? By legal, I mean ethical, proper, having the right protocol, whatever. You have a lot of posts, so I thought you might know. Thanks.
