5. Why are we expecting teachers to go without pay, but can bail out banks-American and foreign?

How will these teachers pay their mortgages, feed their kids? It was the first day of school here in Wisconsin and Scott Walker slashed the budget for education drastically....I'm not sure what the rest of the country did.... But please keep this in mind and help out... Schools are looking for help... I donated paper towels, crayons, duct tape..
