I liked the history of genetic bio angle, and the exhibition of the corrupting influence of Standard Oil Rockefellers' foundation on academics. The Kochs are pulling the same crap today.

Drump has talked about what good genes he and his family have, frequently. Too bad they didn't prevent his insanity, idiocy, baldness, fat gut & ass, sagging jowls, and the like.

He's also related to european royalty, and you can bet he thinks it makes him special. Like li'l bush. Destined to rule us.

I agree that it is mumbo jumbo, but the determinists, eugenicists, nazis, divine right rulers, etc., use it as a basis for their beliefs, and act on that basis. I disagree with Mr. Latham (or Prof. Latham's) interpretation of Arendt's Banality. But I enjoyed reading the article. Thanks for the link, ymet.
