Hitler's obsession with the Master Race lingers on. The idea of the "superman", who is innately superior. The Chosen One(s). Those pre-selected by God. The search for the Holy Grail.

First it was the divine right of kings. Then it was something "in the blood". Then something like hermetic alchemy, secret societies and secret masters. Now it's "genetic predisposition".

T-rump often makes statements about himself to the affect that "I don't know why I am just so naturally superior. But you all just have to accept it."

Racist mumbo jumbo often descends into histrionic mysticism, but there are modern attempts to keep the spirit of the idea alive.
