3. False equivalency intelectual dishonesty abound in this thing.

The US has done plenty of crappy things, but in Syria, Russia supports a genocidal maniac
and just bombed A UN CONVOY (not even troops) that had just left their area of control (so they knew who they were!!).

If Russia wasn't involved, Assaad would have fallen and ISIS, Hesbolah, Turkey backed Sunnites, Rebels, FSA, Kurds or a combination of all of the above, would have parceled his territory and maybe the war would ALREADY BE OVER (or at least at a lower level of intensity).

The Kurds, even without the US, are a decent fighting force and they probably would have finally beaten ISIS, even though it would have taken much much longer to do so.

BTW, this whole thing sound like the good ol' blind love of Russia in the 1950s-1960s by socialists and intellectuals,
as a kind of reactionary reaction to their papa nation's own involvements abroad.
Man, were they disillusioned when it all went crashing down; Russia's "utopia" wasn't so great after all.

Many on the left (and now seemingly extreme right now) have that same reaction these days.
Everything goes full circle.
