49. Nope, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is speaking in his usual partisan manner-

as well as the partisan republican majority in congress that refused to even give the least amount of adequate funding for embassy security and it's needs that were absolutely requested & even begged for by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a Democrat, to adequately fund the embassy security needs abroad. -

However, the Republicans purposely ignored the democratic Secretary of State request and the fact that security funding for the embassy was indeed cut far below the proper needs and past funding under republican administrations....

Yet still the republicans want to blame someone, anyone in this democratic administration. First it was President Obama, then Susan Rice, now it's Hillary Clinton.

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham obviously wants the blame put on Ms. Clinton - offering his outrageous statement accusing SoS Clinton of 'murder'- Yes, this is fact. "Getting away with murder'" is how Senator Lindsey Graham framed it....These are slanderous unfounded despicable accusations that Republican Graham is directing at the person who just may be the democratic nominee for president in 2016.
