I'm reminded of the line in the movie The Sting by the character Doyle Lonnigan (Robert Shaw), "Your friend is quite a card player, Mr. Kelly. How does he do it?" Kelly (Robert Redford): "It's easy; he cheats!"

When the Republicans can't win fair and square, they are always more than willing (even eager) to cheat. Every fair minded voter in Virginia should reject this latest Bull Shit move on the part of the Republicans.
