There should be no third time. Like the old adage goes, everyone deserves a second chance. But if (or more likely, when) Trump rageposts his way through that second chance on his broke-ass ~~social media site~~ personal blog, then that's that.

After a second violation, his bail is revoked immediately and he gets to cool his heels in a cell on Rikers Island for the duration of the trial.
