As your equally crazy neighbor (Kansas) I was hoping for both of our sakes this would not pass. Depending on the outcome of our elections here this will most likely be one of the first things on the agenda for us next session. They will LOVE it here.

Good luck with this. I hope there are a lot of teachers getting their red F pencils ready for all those smart ass, it is against my religion, excuses. Man those SATs may be a little difficult for those who bury their heads in the sand.
