want the congress-critters to create and work on job developments, and seeing that Pres O's poll numbers are pulling away from Mittens, I think the senate GOP won't go through such procedures, which is quite technical and time consuming.

No hope for the house goppers, they are in the Outer Limits. This past weekend showed how out of touch goppers are and truly showed how crazy they are.
