Yep, in markets that Virgin is operating in I am sure people will prefer paying 10 dollars per GB rather than pay Virgin 50 bucks a month for unlimited 4G data.....LOL

Voice/talk is declining in importance. Usage is dropping after a peak in 2009.

That's because text messages are low bandwidth and use the network control channel.
