Selling you something of the same species for more money that isn't nutritionally superior or safer is a huge boon for "big agra", which is why they are heavily involved in it. The idea of people who see boogeymen under every rock, but can't or won't see them behind their most cherished products is more than just a bit amusing. Especially when you point these things out to them and they just accuse you of being part of the vast conspiracy.

Pesticides are used on non-GMO produce too. I don't want it, or herbicide, period in my food.
