At the moment, they see that O'Keefe got off without jail time despite all the illegal stuff he did at that politician's office, so he and any other RWer with someone to bankroll them thinks "great! We can get away with almost anything!".

So, yes, of course PP is a target. I imagine the ACLU is one too. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, who were/are the lawyers for DU against Righthaven, may well be targets. Media Matters for America is probably one. Soros' Open Society Foundations may be targets - all they're after is something to get them enough footage that can be manipulated for some Fox News scare headlines they can append '-gate' to, and they know the rest of the lemming-like media will follow Fox's lead for a week or two.
