Second time I have seen it now.

"Perhaps most damning are the documents showing that the CIA had bin Laden in its cross hairs a full year before 9/11 — but didn’t get the funding from the Bush administration White House to take him out or even continue monitoring him."

Hmm. A FULL YEAR before 911. A full year before September 11, 2001. That would be September 11, 2000.

I am not surprised that the CIA did not get funding from the Bush Administration on September 11, 2000.

Mainly because Bush was not even selected until December 12, 2000.
