And yes, Jeffs and his pedophile ilk are full-on flaming insane.

One of the little-known side effects of this particular branch of Dat Ol' Time Reeligion - the detritus of young men kicked out of these communities. After all, can't have young men competing with the polygamous old goats for nubile 14-year-olds, now can we?

Lot of (young male) runaways, lots of drug abuse, lots of physical violence.
