I just laughed my ass off watching Roy Blunt piss and moan on MSNBC about Obama being "The Decider" [View all]
He didn't actually CALL him "The Decider" but he did use the word "decide" a few times and said that he can't just "decide" to do whatever he wants and circumvent the Constitution. He also flogged the current GOP talking point about how Obama had control of Congress at the beginning of his term and could have accomplished anything he wanted to accomplish but didn't because he simply failed to do the job he was elected to do.
Oh, those zany Republicans.
