(493 posts)to use "force" against "we the people" to take away rights then they will be there. In the meantime they'll be letting you try and work through a peaceful solution.
My main point regarding all of that stuff, is that the day that 51% want to ban guns from the public and it passes and there is a turn in...that is the point that the revolution will start. And the military will side with gun ownership. And make no doubt about it, it will be a slaughter. Because the government can never take away a "right" and we swore an oath to never let them.
I pray for the day that we can set them all down in peace, but it has to start from the top. Leaders must lead by example. I'd personally love to see President Obama step up and disarm his security force that protects him via the gun and set an example. Because that is what leaders do.
