I don't know of any self-styled Capital "R" Republican "team player" type that is anything other than staunchly anti-Obama.

I DO know however some people who are sort of conservative ( at the risk of oversimplification, I'll call them center-right ) who may well hold their noses and vote for Obama because the GOP is just doubling, tripling down on the nuttiness. I can think of a couple of conservative-ish people who will absolutely NOT vote for Romney, but will more than likely stay home on super tuesday.
