I have no hope that the banks will abide by any agreement, regulations or laws.

Fellow homeowners, it is well worth your time to develop an understanding of securitized mortgage loans. You can easily identify yourself as such a person if your mortgage contains MERS. Next, check your local land records. You’ll find the original mortgage lien, but look for a lien filed in some strangely named Trust not long after loan origination.

Don’t be at all surprised if no Trust appears at any time in your Title history. Please understand though that there is a break in your chain of Title and your property Title is clouded. That is what results on Main Street from the securities fraud that took place on Wall Street.

Our land records and our courts are the places where the banks paper over that securities fraud. I have no reason to believe that any of the banks will admit to committing that fraud, so they have no other option but to continue to engage in forgery and perjury in our courts and land records.

Robo-signing continues this very day. Loan modification remains an opportunity for mortgage servicers to collect monies from Uncle Sam while having no authority whatsoever to modify the terms of the loans they service.

Most mortgage loans were fraudulent at origination and I remain at a loss to explain how fraud can be modified.

I am doubtful that accountability for wrongdoing and criminal activity will come from Federal or state authorities. Instead, I think it will be one homeowner at a time, either fighting wrongful foreclosure actions, or filing suit to clear their property Titles that will unravel this scheme from the bottom to the dismay of our banksters.
