will be spent on booze or drugs, you can do what I do. The homeless panhandlers near my house usually say they want something to eat. I ask if I can buy them a sandwich (they hang out in front of Jimmy Johns) and then I do. I have also bought people some groceries from time to time. If I give someone money they can do what they want with it. Some stores kick the homeless out because they smell bad or look shabby and this makes it even harder for them to get something to eat.
