31. Transpacific flights typically get the worst turbulence of all.

Not sure why, but I've known lots of world travelers who say that it's always the worst.

Keep in mind that of all the reasons planes crash, turbulence is the rarest reason of all reasons. Not that this makes it easier to stomach the bumps.
