74. I have an old friend who sent something alomst exactly like the letter you posted.

It was a little different.

It said Obama hated the Constitution and was turning the US into the Soviet Union and taking away our rights. And Obama was taking over every industry. It even had the preemptive "I'm not a racist" nonsense. I've know this guy for 30+ years, and I knew he was a racist long before he ever sent this email.

Anyway, after the above, he also provide his reasons for supporting Rick Perry. All nonsense.

So in addition to the stuff I listed in my earlier post, I also went on to crush Perry pointing out that he threatened to secede from the Union, and that there were 4 specific ways he wanted to change the Constitution. Taking away your right to vote for your State's senators was my favorite.

He stopped sending me that nonsense after Perry's "Oppps" moment.
