pretend otherwise. She looks unattractive when twisting her face into bizarre expressions, and I notice that in each of those unattractive pictures, she seems to be expressing herself stridently, the way one does when angry or aggresive. That is not unusual. When someone is expressing herself/himself angrily or stridently, the overwrought emotions tend to stretch and twist the face in unattractive ways.

As it happens, she often expresses ugly emotional reactions, and those emotions are of the sort that tend to distort one's features, so you could properly say that ugliness inside manifests itself in outward ugliness.

But in terms of her facial features, she is actually quite lovely. That just makes it sadder, though, that she distorts her natural beauty with ugly attitudes and words.
