... and apparently when the load balances, it redirects you to the 'sign up/log in' page.

I got thru all of that, answered the security questions and it sent me the auto-validate email.
I clicked the link in the email to validate my account & it spun for a couple minutes, then errored out saying I didn't respond quickly enough, please start over.

Maybe they don't want people to know until they've come too far in the application process.

Frankly people without insurance probably could do with advice from people in the system.
